The 22nd round of Spanish La Liga will start today from 19:45, UK Time. Espanyol and Real Sociedad will face each other and the odds are really well balanced, being difficult to say which team is in pole-position.

Espanyol‘s recent form is getting better and better, coming here after three wins in a row (3-1 vs Granada, 3-1 vs Sevilla and 1-0 vs Malaga). The Catalans are currently on the 8th place in Spanish league, with 32 points and a posivitive goal difference now, 29-27. Espanyol are only three points below Top 6, so they surely hope to finish on an Europa League spot, but it is too early to talk about that. Baptistao, Sanchez, Piatti and Diop are all injured.

The reverse fixture ended with a draw back in September, 1-1.
